Question Dual 1440p monitor with low profile GPU

I have a Dell setup that will be viewing many security cameras on two 32 inch 1440p monitors. There is a PCI-E slot and I thought it may be best to include a graphics card ($200 left in budget).

What low profile GPU would you recommend (if any) to ensure zero stutter?

The rest of the box is an 8th gen i5 with 8GB of Ram.

A GT 1030 would probably be your best choice especially if this is a prebuilt system as you want a GPU that doesn't require additional power from the PSU.
