So i am wanting to know, should i get dual 390X or *Try* and get a Fury X. I will be playing in 1440P and i will be using Freesync. Please don't tell me to get a Nvidia, I don't like there business practices.

Go for a single Fury X. It's always better to go for a single, more powerful card over two weaker cards' CFX/SLI setup. IMHO 390X doesn't bring anything new to the table as it's just a refresh of 290X. If you feel like it later, you can always add another Fury X.

I'd wait on the regular Fury. Fury-X's performance just didn't impress me. There's also way less hassle having to deal with only one AIO cooler for the CPU than with three of them...

Please don't get the Fractal R2 fans. The Define R5 comes pre-equipped with the new GP-14 fan. Either get some more GP-14 fans: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835352020

OR

Phanteks PH-F140SP_BK fans while they're both volume discounted and have a 20%-off coupon code.: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709023

Lastly, please consider dumping the AS-5 TIM in favor of some Arctic Cooling MX-4, Prolimatech PK-2 / PK-3, or Gelid Solutions GC-Extreme. AS-5's time atop the cooling charts came and went quite a while back...

I only have the money for a limited time, Also i plan to sell the Intel parts to get Zen if they are as good as i hope.
