Dual 4 PIN PWM to 3 PIN CPU HEADER

I want to do a push/pull on a Corsair H100i V2 water cooler. I'm thinking I will need the same splitter as the setup for the water cooler. I guess what I'm asking is what splitter or cables do I need to do the push/pull method????

The H100i had a proprietary splitter

{located at the far left at the top)

A splitter which was halved when moving towards an H100i v2 though it looks like the folks at Corsair decided to leave the splitter compatible with other 4 pin fans on the market as well as the option to experiment with 4 pin fan splitter cables. You can take a look at this.
