Hello, I have a XFX RX 580 GTS XXX 4GB OC+ and I recently learned that all RX 580 have a tiny switch to switch between BIOS. I just wanna know which side of the switch is performance and which is stealth.

When you're looking at the front of the card, left for stealth - right for performance. Try it and confirm.

No, this is not true of every RX 580 model. Not sure about your specific model though.
