Question dual boot win10

Hello,
I have 2 nvme samsung 970 attached to a asus hyper m.2 card that arent raided. Iam trying to install 2 win 10 one on each 970 m.2. My current win 10 install is on a 3tb HDD when i try to install on a 970 i get a error telling me to format the Efi part. as FAT32. When i check diskpart it shows the volume as FAT32. There must be something iam missing. Is it possible what iam trying to do?

Ok so a little update so I unplugged all hdd except the raid card with the 970s.iam getting a 0xc0000005 error another error I get when I open the setupact.log file it says the partition is to small.these are both 1tb formatted drives.iam lost with what is causing it.
