my processore is dual core 1.6 GHZ.my motherboard is Asus P5GCMX.now i want to use saphire 7730 or 6670.will 7730 or 6670 suit my pc or will these model harm my pc?please recommend me
As long as your POWER SUPPLY is good enough you are fine. Those cards are very LOW POWER so you likely will have NO PROBLEMS.
I'm not sure if the HD6670 has a single 6-pin connector (the HD7730 should not) but if there's a requirement for that make sure your Power Supply has it.
1. Boot into the motherboard BIOS and make sure graphics is set to PCIe or Auto (but not onboard)
2. Shut down and connect graphics card (and power cable if needed)
3. Attach monitor cable to graphics card
4. Windows-> Delete the Intel Video drivers (or any other video drivers)
5. Install the AMD drivers (download from AMD set and use the AUTODETECT to find drivers)

The important part is that your motherboard has a 16x PCI express connector. So any modern graphics card will work for you.
The only limiting factors are space inside your case and the strength of your power supply.
And both of the above cards should work without extra PCIe connectors so they should work in most machines.

my monitor has only VGA port.which model is preferable between this two models?

thank u.but i have a power supply when i bought my pc.i dont know that my power supply is how much strong.will i buy new power supply or will i use my old?
You CPU is too slow to fully use the graphics card.
Chances are you have a core 2 duo @ 1.6GHz. You probably need 2.4GHz at a minimum to use the graphics card to its full potential.

but i dont need full everything from my graphic card.but tell me at least will i be able to play any better game?
A 7730 or 6670 should work just fine with that CPU, i am sure either one with be leaps and bounds faster than what he currently has.
So while it would be nice to have a faster CPU, the upgrade in graphics is well worth while.

thank u very much and i think ur reply is the best
They generally come with a converter to convert a DVI into a VGA. Or if they don't you can buy one for about $5.
so u r telling me that these graphics card will show automatically like DVI where i have VGA,are'nt u? and if these dont show i have to buy converter that will convert VGA into DVI,dont they?
Correct.
Depending on the exact models they may or may not come with the converter.
As most graphics cards these days come with 2 DVI connectors and no vga connectors.
If yours doesn't come with one you will need something like this.
CPU and Bottlenecking:
This will VARY between games. There's NO exact point where you can say that there's no point in getting a better card. If your Power Supply AND budget supported it then I'd even go as high as an HD7850.
32-bit vs 64-bit:
Don't go beyond 1GB of video memory for 32-bit Windows. I can explain more if needed.
Power Supply:
If concerned, you can link the model number but I suspect it does NOT have any 6-pin PCIe power connectors. Again though, EITHER OF THE CARDS you mention should be fine.
In some games, yes the CPU will bottleneck you so the HD6670 and HD7730 would be closer, but again it VARIES.
HD7730 vs HD6670 for POWER CONSUMPTION:
The HD7000 series uses less power than the previous series. The HD7730 has higher performance. It's possible they use ABOUT THE SAME POWER as a result but I'm guessing.
Summary:
**Bottom line is get the HD7730 with GDDR5 video memory.
