Dual CPU Overclocking?

Hihi! I was looking around at all those fun "workstation to gaming pc" videos, and it occurred to me to ask this question. I did a quick google search and couldn't find anything, so hopefully someone on here knows, haha. I've been led to believe that with the intel tuning utility you can overclock on boards that don't have a multiplier option in the bios. My question is, would this also work on a dual-cpu board? Does the tuning utility even support using 2 cpus? I'd check myself but my current system is an amd-powered laptop, haha.

Solution
If you google your specific X58 MB, you might be able to find a review on it (which typically includes overclocking , and settings/options used, etc) from years ago either at HardOCP or Anandtech....; their archives go back a ways..
