The Sony one already appears to be out in the UK. About £150 in PC World

According to their websites, Dabs has 38 Lite-On and 7 Sony dual layer
recorders in stock, and Scan has three out of the four they list in stock.

Mind you, Scan are not always correct with their websites stock
availability, but Dabs usually are.
