I just purchased the Dell UltraSharp U2913WM 29-Inch Ultra Widescreen LED-Lit Monitor to go along side my Acer R240HY bidx 23.8-Inch IPS HDMI DVI VGA (1920 x 1080) Widescreen Monitor. I am looking at getting a dual monitor arm for them. Will a monitor arm that supports up to two 27inch monitors work with both of my monitors, such as the Mount-It! MI-725 Dual Arm Adjustable Computer Monitor Desk Mount Stand for Two LCD Flat Screen Monitors. Will my two monitors fit, becuase one is a 29inch and the other is a 24inch, theoretically its the same amount of monitor as two 27inch monitors.

Solution
You might have problems with the balance, because the 29" ultrawide is quite a bit heavier than the 24" acer I presume. So that might be a problem. Also, don't just add the numbers, because the width of a 29" ultrawide is roughly the same as the width of a 32" 16:9 which would not fit on this arm.

So can you recommend a dual arm that will work with both for around 100-150$

This[/url one looks good, but I haven't checked the VESA spacing, though I think both of these monitors use 100mm.

I have an adapter for my aver monitor so I can mount vesa and I'm pretty sure that the dell monitor is compatible with almost all Vesa

Yes, the Dells use VESA 100, so that should be fine, also, it's well under the weight limit.

So that monitor arm will work fine with the two?
