[SOLVED] Dual monitor color calibration to match

Hi everyone
Recently i have setup my dual monitor both are of different brands and model one is ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQ and second one is Acer Nitro VG271U
both monitors are connection via DP both are 27 Inch 1440P
what i want to ask is it possible or any way via software or something which i am not aware of to match both monitors colors same as much as possible?

Solution
Software:
https://www.imaging-resource.com/ARTS/MONCAL/CALIBRATE.HTM

Hardware:
There are several devices that will do this. I have a SpyderX Pro
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07M6KPJ9K

NOTE:
It will be near impossible to get them 'exact'. I can't, with my current 2 matching Asus 24", or the previous 2 HP 22"
Very very close, but not exact.

With my previous 22" HP IPS panels, they were bought as a set. Almost sequential serial numbers, likely produced the same week, if not the same day.
With identical settings, they were a teeny bit different. With a hueyPro calibrator, they were closer, but never 'exact'.
