Dual Monitor Displays (144Hz and 60Hz)

So here is the dilemma. I just got my 144Hz monitor and want to use my old 60Hz monitor as a secondary. My PC build is AMD so it doesn't have integrated graphics on the MB. In Intel builds I would usually plug the cheaper monitor into the integrated HDMI port on the MB, then plug the 144Hz into my GPU (RX Vega 64 Airboost). However, since AMD doesn't have the integrated graphics,I can't do that. So I am going to have to plug both monitors into the GPU, but the problem is, will my Hz cap at 60Hz because one of the monitors is a 60Hz monitor since they are both running through my GPU? And how would I fix that if that was the case? My 144Hz is for gaming and the 60Hz is intended to be used for multi media. Any pointers will help. You should have no trouble setting them up with different refresh rates. You would only run into trouble if your were using them as one monitor, then you would have to run the lowest setting.
