So I just set up dual monitors and I was wondering if anyone could share some advice when it comes to gaming. No, I don't mean gaming spread across both monitors. I mean when I have (for example) The Sims 3 on my main monitor and an internet page on the other. What's an easy way to be able to access the page while in-game without having to go to the desktop to unlock the mouse, because in-game, I can't move the mouse over to the second monitor.

Also look for borderless option which is full screen with windowed feature. If they are available set them and apply and when you want to switch if on windows 7 use window key. it will open start menu and give you access to your mouse to switch over if not al + tab works
Some games allow you to do it without alt tabbing out, Civ 5 for example. Other games (CS GO for example) require you to press Esc to go to the menu so that you can see the cursor, then it allows you to use the other monitor.

As a matter of fact, I'm playing Civ 5 right now and writing this on my second monitor...

Yeah I see what you mean, I actually had Civ 5 minimized when I checked the forum again haha. I guess it depends on the game

then just set your games to borderless window mode and then alt tab, that's what I do and it work spotless with most games(not all)

Okay I will do that, thank you!
