Question Dual Monitor Set-up on AMD System

So recently I have been messing around with a new PC and I'm having trouble with adding an additional display.

I'm using 2 asus 24 inch monitors and before the question is presented, yes both of the monitors work and yes the cables work as well. Mainly, I do not know exactly how to go about adding a second monitor because I am told the mobo outputs are only for APU's like the 2400g and any way I decide to go about it, I have to do everything off my gpu wich only has 1 HDMI slot.

Any help or info on this would be very much appreciated!

so you have 1 HDMI slot but 2 HDMI monitors?
an adapter is needed. display port to HDMI, or whatever port you need.

once connected windows should see them, you may need to go into the display properties to setup the second screen resolution and orientation to the other screen before it actually powers up.
