[SOLVED] Dual Monitor setup help (window spanning)

Guys, I hope the photo helps. I'd like the windows to continue on both monitors with the same size but I have a 3440x1440 and a 1920x1080 monitor setup. Is the "expectation" photo possible and if so, how can I do it? And I don't think its the Windows scaling option
 
Solution
I have a similar two monitor setup.
They are wall mounted so I have flexibility in mounting.
If you can, put the smaller monitor to the side and rotate it 90 degrees so that the vertical height more closely matches the larger.
If you align the bottom or top edges, you can easily drag a window from one to another.
I would utilize your "control panel" for whatever graphics you are using and try to create a custom scaling option to see if you can get close.

Even IF you set the same resolution the items on the smaller screen are going to scale smaller, as above.
