I am facing a problem starting from 2 days ago, I use a GT 1030 with my 2 monitors (Both are 720p), It works fine without any problem on basic usage but whenever I turn on a game like GTA V on one monitor, both of the monitors starts blinking. This also happens when I run a stress test on my gpu and the monitor starts blinking right when my gpu hits 70 degree Celsius. But none of this problem seems to happen when I only use 1 monitor (Unplugging the other). I even bought a new PSU (Corsair VS450, I know its not that good but its brand new) but it doesn't help. Any kind of thoughts about this issue is helpful. Thank you in advance.

Note: I have been playing games more than 6 month with my GT 1030 with 2 monitors without any problem before this issue.

Specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770
Ram: 8GB DDR3
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-DS2
PSU: Corsair VS450 80 Plus White
GPU: Gigabyte GT 1030
Nvidia Driver Version: 451.48 (I have updated the drivers yesterday but no help)
OS: Windows 10

Solution
Try using Display driver uninstaller, it removes all your display drivers, then install only the latest version. Sometimes old drivers leave behind some files that can intervene with new drivers. Also, update your motherboard chipset drivers.
