Question Dual Monitor

Sorry to disturb your day but I have a question regarding dual monitor and was wondering if anyone could help.

I want to do dual monitor for my PC. Could someone tell me whether is possible with what I have.

2 x 4GB RAM 2400MHz
4GB DDR5 EVGA GTX 1050ti
Gigabyte X370 motherboard.

Could I run dual monitor? I want to do DVI as that’s my monitor but if needs be I can do HDMI.

Yes.

That card has 3 outputs.....DVI, HDMI. & DP.

If your monitors are DVI, just do a DVI to DVI cable, and a DP to DVI cable.

Motherboard doesn't matter, you will be plugging the monitors into your graphics card, not your motherboard display outputs.

What TJ said....your motherboard doesn't care. THAT is why you have a graphics card--to run interference between the MB and your video display hardware. If the graphics card is happy, you're happy.

I got a mining edition card with only one dvi port. I plan to use 2 monitors but only use one for gaming. Can i use the dvi connection to game from my gpu and the secondary screen from the ports on my motherboard? Or would there be issues
