I have a custom built pc from xotic and ever since got it. If playing a game on one monitor and have browser open on other at random the monitors will go black and sound stops. Only way to get the monitors back on and sound back is to reboot pc. I have cleared and reinstalled drivers for graphic card. Ran scan to make sure no corrupt files, and checked cords for monitors as well as checking settings on monitors for refresh rate and resolution. Checked power supply as well and so far nothing has worked. Oh checked graphics card as well..and just for another piece of info if not have browser open the monitors will not go black. I know could just not do both but some games play like D4 use the browser to help with builds while lvling. Any info would be great. Thanks for your time.
Build is:

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Using DDU?

EVGA 1600W POWER SUPPLY UNIT
EVGA is the brand of the unit while 16000W is the advertised wattage of the unit, what is the model of the unit? How old is the PSU in your build?

MSI MPG Z790 CARBON WIFI
What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard?

2TB SAMSUNG 990 PRO PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD - Upgrade from 512GB
Did you perform a clean install of the OS after the upgrade?

The build was clean install. The upgrade part was them doing the change on the build that they normally would do to the parts I wanted. So the build was new just installing the parts I wanted
