I am getting the cursor lag when switching between monitors. These two are physically the same size but the left one has resolution recommendation at 1920x1080 and the right one says 1920 x1200. I am unable to get these to be the same resolution, also the background on the right one does not have the wallpaper stretching over the entire screen like the left one does.

The monitors have different aspect ratios. The 1920 x 1080 is 16:9, 1920 x 1200 is 16:10. That's why they have different resolutions, and that's why the wallpaper doesn't quite fit on one. They may have the same diagonal screen size, but the dimensions of the display would be different.

It is just odd because I had a computer replaced that was hooked up to them and the same two monitors were on that tower where there were no issues. But I am only running into this problem since the tower was replaced.

I have an integrated Intel HD Graphics 530. I resolved this trouble by going into the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel instead of just changing resolution by Window's right-clicking on desktop. I was able to adjust to the correct resolution and all is well again.

I have the exact same problem. Can you tell me how you resolved the issue in the graphics control panel? The same options show up for me (1920x1080 vs 1200). This is a laptop docked to use two monitors of the same make and model. I have my old laptop and when docked they work perfectly fine.
