Dual Monitors ?

Hey, from what I'm about to ask I'm sure you can figure out I'm not the most educated when it comes to computers. However, I just bought a 144hz monitor, waiting for it to come in the mail. Currently I'm using a 60hz VGA Acer monitor. Is there a way of me being able to use a dual monitor setup? I have a GTX 960 with 1 HDMI, 3 Display ports. I'd like to game on the 144hz monitor, and watch like youtube, or browse the internet on the 60hz monitor. Is this possible? If so, roughly how far will I have to dig into my pockets?

im guessing you already have the older monitor working with the 960. when the new monitor comes in you just have to plug it into ether the DP or hdmi and then set it up in your settings to be the primary display
