So here is my setup:

WAN1: Gateway: 192.168.1.1
WAN2: Gateway : 192.168.2.1

Load Balancer Gateway: 192.168.0.1 (tp link R470t+)

Then a last router that runs DHCP @ 192.168.3.1-199

The networks are 60/60MBs and 50/50MBs wich i am combining, i tryed first to change metrics on network adapters, both wifi and LAN, used both networks fine and got 112 MBs.

Now that i am using the load balancer i only get 94Mbs, does anyone know why?

Yes, because the ethernet ports on the R470t are 100Mbit only. You will max out in the mid 90Mbit with ethernet overhead.
