I have windows 8.1 on the following configuration system.
Operating System
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 7700 @ 3.60GHz 33 °C
Kaby Lake 14nm Technology
RAM
48.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME H270-PLUS (LGA1151) 28 °C
Graphics
DELL U2518D (2560x1440@59Hz)
DELL U2515H (2560x1440@59Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (NVIDIA) 29 °C
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (NVIDIA) 29 °C
ForceWare version: 441.87
SLI Disabled
I am not a big games player, but would like each monitor on its own card, but everytime I update the drivers, from Nvidia, one card comes up with error
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
If I reload the origional drivers from one of the cards, they both work, but I get scrambled graphics after about 10 minutes on one of the cards (Random as to which one).
Has anyone got any ideas how I can fix this or do I give up and use 1 card only.
