My budget is $200 per monitor. I don't care about Hertz of monitor since this will be an office PC.
I just want them to look really nice. I heard IPS monitors look the best, but i'm not sure which ones are a good brands. Any suggestions?

Specs:
CPU - Ryzen 1600
MOBO - x470 prime pro
GPU - 1050 ti
PSU - 650w Gold+
RAM - 16gb 3000mhz

Solution
Im gonna nix your first thought and suggest a single 16:9 32" non-curved VA monitor. Its the size i recommend for most people, even for a grandmas home setup.
VA monitors do the best blacks and the colour reproduction is quite good. (for colour its IPS best, TN worst). i.e. VA is best for movies.
You can have notifications appear down on bottom right if you're waiting on an email while watching a movie in full screen. Everything, from movies, browsing , spreadsheets will be vastly superior. Quick to change task.

I need dual monitors for work because i have to compare construction drawings and extremely wide spreadsheets side by side. (i have 2x 27"). At home its the single 32"
