Dual processor motherboards for video game development?

im getting into video game development and i always have multiple programs open such as unity 3d, fraps, photoshop, blender, monodevelop and some other things, and it increases my cpu usage to %100 i have a si core processor clocked at 3.8 ghz, should i invest in a dual processor motherboard for something like that?
