Question Dual rank Memory running as single rank ?

So I've been running into this issue where my system has been showing only half of my available memory. I've recently got cpu-z and opened it up to look at my slots and all 4 show ram in them but with 8gb modules when they are actually 16gb modules and single rank when I believe they are dual rank.

This issue is recent and my system used to recognize all 64gb of available ram, 16gb per slot.

-tuf gaming x570-plus (wi-fi)
-4x16gb ddr4 corsair
-windows 10 64bit os

exact model of the ram?
were the 4 stick from 1 kit?

All 4 are corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb 1066mhz and I got them all at the same time. 2 per pack.
