I am looking for a motherboard that will accept 2 Physical Ryzen 7 CPU's and 128gb of DDR-4 ram for each CPU (256GB Ram total).

Not to be rude, but WHY would you possibly need 256GB of system memory?

Anyway, if you need that much processing you'll likely need to look at a SINGLE CPU with something like 16C/32T when it is released. I highly doubt you could benefit from more than 128GB system memory on such a system.

I get the impression that NO Desktop variant of dual socket is coming. Perhaps I'm wrong.

Because I don't want to spend the money on a rack server with dual Intel Xeon E5-2699AV4's in them because they are over priced and I want to stream 32 8k video streams over a network without the server being overloaded.

AMD Naples processors, when released, may cost less than the E5-2699AV4's, but they won't be cheap.
