So I am using a DualShock 4 controller for my pc which is running Windows 10, and it has been working for quite some time up until a few days ago. You see I was using the DS4 software when it suddenly started crashing, everytime it tried to load the controller. Games aren't picking it up as a ps4 controller anymore aswell. Any suggestions on how I might fix it?

Typically Windows 10 doesn't see it, and you do have to use DS4 or Motionjoy or similar software. However, Steam should recognize it by default. I've used it recently without issues in Steam, simply plug and play.
