Ducky Keyboard Doesnt work

I recently bought a ducky keyboard.. but it doesnt work. Can someone help me?

You need to elaborate on the term, it doesn't work. Which model of the Ducky did you get? Might want to also take note of the dip switches under the board if there are any. Also make sure your chipset/USB drivers are up to date and that you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.

Does the keyboard work on another system?

Make sure the cable to the keyboard is in properly, if it is and you tried it on a few systems, contact product support.
