Question ducky one 2 mini stabilizer problem

so when I go to press the shift key the stem of the stab hits the backplate very slightly it makes a little noise I've put tape on it to make it stop so I'm just wondering if this is normal or a problem?

Don't know if it's normal to that model, but noisy and not perfect stabilizers are normal to many keyboards. A lot of people do mods to the keyboards, even higher end ones, for exactly this reason. Yours may not be in all the way or just bent a little.

would you recommend anything for this?
and would this get worse over time?
it’s just barely moving up and down when I press the key
and the noise is hardly noticeable

I can't check how it is since I don't have it in front of me so not really anything to suggest, you need to see exactly why it's not seating and what is best to do. You can glue it if you want.

So contact them and have them fix it under warranty. Either you do something to fix it or send it to them to fix it.
