[SOLVED] Ducky Shine Keyboard issues

Hello!

So I have this keyboard roaming around for a while that i would like to fix.

Basically I plug it in, windows says usb device not recognized and thats about it.
I had used it a lot in the past but i cant remember when it broke down and stuff.
When i plug it in no leds show up or anything.

I was wondering maybe it was like TV repairing.
Sometimes the memory goes corupt on tvs and you just upload a new software on that memory or you just replace the memory with a factory one.

Any suggestions?
and also the switches on the back i have no clue what they do or how they are supposed to stay.
EDIT: I have tried it with another usb cable from a hyperx keyboard so the cable is not the problem.

May not be the cable but could be the cable connection. For the switches, just need to look at the manual https://www.manualsearcher.com/ducky/shine-3-dk9008s3/manual
