[SOLVED] Duel Fan Vs Triple Fan

Looking at two cards, biggest difference appears to be duel fan vs triple fan. I definitely have the room for three fans. Was wondering what real advantages having an extra fan brings?

Beside aesthetics? Better cooling (most of the time) which can lead to better OC of the GPU and MAYBE a little longer life span.

Why would you make your fans duel? This ain't the medieval era! I'm sure you meant 'Dual' and this depends on how well your case airflow is. Since the 2080Ti can get really hot the dual fans won't cool it as effectively as the ROG variant, but if you have decent airflow you could get away with it.

As for performance, they're pretty much the same. The differences would be 1-3 FPS difference since they're different PCB designs, cooling-setup, and factory set boost clocks but they are essentially the same in every way. The triple fan does help with over-clocking and lifespan in the long run though.
