dumping phisical memory error(bluescreen)

when i working with pc,then somtimes i was got bluescreen error.at suddenly my system was restarting several times nd each time i was getting dumping physical memory nd then it will showing bluescreen error,plese tell me how can i fix this problem.....?

If you pc restarts automatically, press f8 at startup (before it start booting the OS). Then select 'Disable automatic restart on system failure' press enter. If you pc goes blue screen error. Tell me what is the error code (ex : Stop : 0x50; Stop : 0x7e etc) and the error it was called (ex : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT; PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA etc).
Check you computer for viruses and registry error the main cause of this problem is (as in my system) ram. If your ram is 2gb then you can see by adding more into your pc that is 4gb. Download the blue screen viewer from the following link : http://www.snapfiles.com/get/bluescreenview.html
