I3 4170 rx 590 or Ryzen 5 thx 950
Note that I use it for 1080p gaming and aim for playable framerate

Which Ryzen 5 exactly it is? mainly because there are two version of Ryzen 5s are there, if this is the 6 core one then i should say go with it do not ever think about those 2 Core i3s. Anyway even 4 Core R5 will outperform any of those 4th gen i3 parts so 2nd Option is the best one where you can archive best for the money you lay on.

I was thinking of ryzen 5 2400g and leave the gtx 950 and later buy either the new amd gpu or an rtx but I can't decide if I should wait the new ryzen 5 or just buy the 2400g
By the way I am afraid of the bottleneck

Ryzen 9 3850X: 16-cores, 32-threads, clocked at 4.3GHz to 5.1GHz
Ryzen 9 3800X: 16-cores, 32-threads, clocked at 3.9GHz to 4.7GHz
Ryzen 7 3700X: 12-cores, 24-threads, clocked at 4.2GHz to 5.0GHz
Ryzen 7 3700: 12-cores, 24-threads, clocked at 3.8GHz to 4.6GHz
Ryzen 5 3600X: 8-cores, 16-threads, clocked at 4.0GHz to 4.8GHz
Ryzen 5 3600G: 8-cores, 16-threads, 12 GPU cores, clocked at 3.2GHz to 4.0GHz
Ryzen 5 3600: 8-cores, 16-threads, clocked at 3.6GHz to 4.4GHz
Ryzen 3 3300X: 6-cores,12 -threads, clocked at 3.5GHz to 4.3GHz
Ryzen 3 3300G: 8-core, 12-thread, 12 GPU cores, clocked at 3.2GHz to 4.0GHz
Ryzen 3 3300: 6-cores, 12-threads, clocked at 3.2GHz to 4.0GHz

Above information can be expect but still there's no proper confirmation on them but i think it's not the best idea to buy a 2400G at the moment I think you should avoid buying anything and wait to see what's coming
