During install windows 7 on i3 desktop after loading file it show

when i try to install windows 7 on i3 desktop ,after loading file it show white lines...can you help me ..??? but windows vista install sucessufully

Toss your pirated Windows 7 in the trash, buy a oem or retail disc, and have a good day.

I don't see what pirates can do at such early pre-boot stage (since it worked in another system).

Did you try to run a memory diagnostic? I'm not sure, but I think at the "press any key" prompt, you could uncover the boot menu by pressing F8 repeatedly. There you could select memory diagnostic.
Another way to do this step is to download a memtest86 iso, burn it (1-2MB) and boot that. It will go to testing immediately. At least 1 test pass should be done.
