Duron Voltage

Does anyone know what sort of voltage I should need while clocking my Duron 650 to 850Mhz? I can clock it to 800Mhz and run Quake 3 for ages fine at 1.73V but when I reboot it will not POST (I have to power off and back on again). Does it need more voltage to stabalise it at 800 and shoot for 850??

You can try it and see as long as you don't have any heat issues. It should be able to take the higher voltage. You sure your problem involves the CPU and not some other conflict? My friend has his Duron 700 at 880 with about 1.7V I believe.
