Duron with K7VZA

Hi,I just bought an ECS K7VZA and noticed that i cant change the multiplier and the voltage in my bios🙁
2nd point is that this board doesnt have any dipps.
How can I change my multiplier anyway?What about the voltage?
Some help would be great.

i don't think you can change the multiplier..

i suggest get a new mobo ??
