Dust and touch marks on thermal paste

I accidentally touched a little from the bottom and also noticed dust on it.
Will this still work as intended or do i need to repply thermal paste?
If yes,can i have some good suggestions on what ya'all use?

Every time you take the heatsink off the heatsink you should reapply the paste. If it's new it's probably fine, but might be worth it anyways, always good to have a tube on hand. Arctic silver 5 is good enough and pretty cheap, that's what I usually use. Also NH-T1 is good and they give you a good sized tube with any noctua cooler if you ever plan on upgrading the cooler.
