Question Dust filter on fan?

Hello I bought 2 fans today
And install them in my case one infront blowing air in and one on top blowing air out I have magnetic dust filter on the top of the case that cover the 2 fans slots in the top of the case I want to ask if I shall remove this since I install there a fan that blow air outside or I can keep it and it won't change the airflow and tempture in my case

Filters will reduce performance. How much depends on how much static pressure a fan generates. Most fans are low static pressure and will suffer noticeable performance reductions with anything that hinders airflow. A filter over the exhaust is also pointless. Although you may want to cut the filter in half to cover the space without a fan. As air will likely be drawn in through it.

Filters on exhaust fans are utterly useless, just hamper the air flow.
