dust in am3+ cpu pins

So, I noticed that my CPU has dust in the green rectangles in between the pins is it OK to use as is? If not how can I (if possible) fix this

Blow it out with low pressure air from an air compressor or can of air from your local PC parts store?...

Shouldn't affect the performance, but dust might indicate it's not been stored correctly and could be damaged from that.
