DVD/D drivers corrupt

Hello,
How do I uninstall the problem drivers? I have been unable to uninstall them in the driver details. I can see them but can't uninstall.

Hi Melba,

Please tell the group about your computer, MB, CPU, RAM, Video card, PSU, and which OS you are using.

Drivers are services that interface between the OS and hardware.
Describe what has happened, and which hardware device you are having trouble with.
Also go to the Device Manager, and see if there are any yellow triagle icons in front of any of you installed hardware devices.

That should help the group get you going!

Hi Melba! Give us a try. You have to explain what the problem is or the issue you are having, and someone in the group should be able to give reliable info
