I just installed a new dvd burner (plextor 708A) replacing my cd burner.
Now the new dvd and the old dvd are not reading, and there is only one
letter for
both drives. The trouble shooter read that every thing is working find. All
cables
are tightly in and the indicator lights come on when there is a disc inside.
What can be wrong and how can I fix it. If anyone can help it would be
welcomed
and appreciated

Make sure the jumpers are correct on the drives. If they're on the same
cable, one should be master and one should be slave. If your hardware
supports it, you could also set them both as cable select.
