Is the Torisan DRD-U424 DVD player for the Compaq Armada M700 able to read burnt CD?

Any DVD player should read burnt CD.
Those that don´t read is due to the poor quality of the drive!

Better burn in Hell with some company than freeze in Heaven all alone
