DVI D to HDMI vs DVI D to Displayport

Hello, stupid question I know but I'm really a noob when it comes to monitors.

Long story short I recently bought a new monitor only two types of connections
-DVI D Dual Link
-VGA

I will be getting a RX480 but the reference cards only support
-Displayport
-HDMI

I need to buy a DVI D Dual Link to (Displayport/HDMI) I have a budget of $15-$25 for this cord (preferably 6ft).

Is there any natively compatible cords that can do this without having to worry about "bitrate"?

I would like to buy this cord as soon as possible and I typically don't come here without spending a good deal of time researching the subject myself but the answers are .. Well yes and no from what I've seen. I would like to buy this cord off Amazon.

Which would you recommend out of these two options and do you know of a cord that WILL work for certain?

My monitor is a AOC I2267FW 22-Inch if that can help any. A answer would be greatly appreciated!

Startech are a good cable company and are also Vesa certified for Displayport cables so their quality is assured.

1080p isn't as demanding as 1440p/144Hz or 4k where bitrate in a displayport or HDMI 2 (Highspeed cat2) cable is necessary so a DVI-D to HDMI cable i linked will be fine for your monitor. Signal is digital so there will be no loss in quality over this length being passive.

Dp to HDMI is dearer.

It's all digital, there should be no noticeable difference either way. But DVI - HDMI adapters are the least hassle. With display port you sometimes need active adapters. Do yourself a favor, save some money and go DVI to HDMI.
