[SOLVED] Dvi / display port adapter issues

So im having a lenovo laptop with Intel i5 9400, nvidia geforce 1650, 16 gb of ram.

i recently bought a new scene Asus vg240 144hz

my laptop dosent have DisplayPort butni use 2.0 hdmi.

i cant Seem to raise my hz more than 87hz with hdmi.

I bought an hdmi vga adapter (dual link) can’t go over 70hz

and finally DisplayPort adapter( can’t even show anything, it dosent register.

please help me! I bought all this pc setup to play cod warzone. And I’m running 60-70 FPS with 87 hz
