I'm planning on buying a new 1080p 24" monitor. The Iiyama prolite XB2483HSU-B1.
But this monitor has no Displayport. I am comparing it with the Benq bl2410pt. I think the Iiyama is a slightly better monitor but it has no displayport like i said and the BenQ does.
But do i even need it. I can use the dvi just perfect right? It is not like i am putting out high res. So the dvi wil work fine right?
I am not that into cables i did some research on the internet and i red that dp is for higher res. But i am using 1080p so i actually dont need it right?
