Hey I need some help, I've been using 3 monitors for some time one hdmi one display one dvi. I recently tryed to use surround for the first time and had weird black bars so I turned it off. Now nvdia co troll panel won't detect my displays when I unplug them or plug them in it will only show the name of the dvi monitor and show a dvi connection even though all three are plugged in(I'm only getting output from dvi here). If I unplug the dvi Nvidia controll panel dosent detect a change but now I get signal to my other two monitors and windows detects them both. If there is a way to wipe everything and set it back to the way it came it would be great but I'll do whatever complicated stuff I have to.

unhook 2 of the monitors, and keep just 1 installed. Reboot your system, and go back into the Control Panel. You should see only the 1 monitor in there. Now, connect the monitors back up one at a time, and let the control panel "see" them. Re-config back to how you had before you tried the surround.

I turned off the pc with only the hdmi in and when rebooted i plugged in the dvi and controll center only says the hdmi is connected but no signal on hdmi only on dvi

Remove, and then re-install your nVidia drivers.
