DVI not giving best image results?

Hey guys,

I just purchased my second LG 27UD68-W and connected it to my graphics card display port slot. I noticed that the image isn't as good as my first monitor which is connected through an HDMI port.

I can't select the same options on the second monitor because it's not connected through HDMI, so the settings are limited I guess?

What could be a fix to this? Can i buy a displayport to hdmi converter and attached that to my monitor? Or do i have to find a graphics card with two HDMI sloths?

What GPU, and how is the image different?

gtx 950.. the one with HDMI is bright, saturated etc but the one on the display port isn't.
It looks dull.

I am not at my computer with a Nvidia card right now, but in the nvidia control panel try changing it to this setting if it is on limited.

Are you using a DVI-A or DVI-D cable? One is analog and one is digital. To get higher refresh speeds and resolution you'll need a dual link dvi cable.

I'm sorry, I misread your post. What happens if you take the hdmi and use it for the monitor that has a poorer signal. Does it improve?

Yeah it does.
I know it's not supposed to, but it seems like HDMI looks better on this monitor than display port.
I wish there was a video of sorts to show how to uninstall the monitor driver and install the other samsung one.

No that's the quality of the display cable. Can you return it for a better one?

I have multiple, have tested with two .. they are new in box
