DWM Error computer letting me into windows once in a while and crashes in games

I am able to get into windows after resetting the cmos, or waiting a long time.
Here are my specs
Ryzen 3 1300x
8gb ddr4 2133 hyperx (compatible with mobo and cpu)
Asrock a320m-hdv bios p4.70
550 watt evga psu
Gtx 770 - referbed
Wd blue 1tb hdd
Wd blue 256 gb m.2 Ssd - Windows drive

When I do get into windows, anything gpu related seems to trigger it, It freezes completely. Then it freezes quicker and quicker during windows boot up every time you restart, until it freezes right at the loading screen after bios.
