I recently built a starter-level gaming computer out of some old parts I had lying around for a younger relative of mine who likes to play Fortnite. The build seems to work great, but I can't get the game to run because I get the following error before it can start: DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine
Looking elsewhere I see everyone suggesting two things, of which I've done both:
NVIDIA GeForce Experience reports:
GPU: GeForce GTX 275
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3565 @ 3.20GHz
Memory: 8.00 GB (7.98 GB usable)
Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Driver version: 342.01
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Home
The DirectX diagnostic tool reports:
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
Version: 21.21.13.4201
Date: 11/13/2016 18:00:00
Feature Levels: 10_0,9_3,9_2,9_1
Does anyone have any ideas as to what's missing here?

- Make sure the graphics drivers are up to date (GeForce experience says that version 342.01 of the graphics driver is the most recent version that I can have for the GPU in the system, a GTX 275)
- Make sure DirectX is up to date (The system has DirectX 12 with feature level 10.0)
