DXDiag doesn't recognize graphics card

So for some reason DXDIAG doesn't recognize my ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 ROG STRIX graphics card. I had to remove it and reinstall it into my computer in order to install a new CPU cooler and since then it shows that it is using the basic display driver. It's listed in device manager and I have the newest drivers and BIOS and everything but it won't show up.

Basic display driver is what Windows uses when the graphics card is not recognized or not updated to standards. I would try the program DDU and to a fresh uninstall then reboot and reinstall the drivers

I tried this but it didn't fix the problem.
