Dxdiag.exe show wrong vram

Hi friends,
my desktop show me the wrong vram when i run dxdiag.exe !
I have desktop with Intel i7 4790K processor and Msi R9 270 2GB DDR5 graphic card.
On windows 7 ultimate 64 bit the dxdiag show me 1768 approx memory.
On windows 8.1 64 bit the dxdiag show me 9958 approx memory.
What's the reason of this problem ? pls help me.

It does that, it takes into consideration things it shouldnt (system reserve ram etc) my 2GB card runs at 4GB in Diag.

As said above, just ignore it.

Says my 2 gigabyte GTX 670 has 10165 MB
